Hotel location is good and accessable.
Hotel Staffs are polite.
We stayed there for 4D3N (Fri to Mon). Disappointment is housekeeping and breakfast.
They don't do housekeeping on Sunday which i can understand but when they forgot to do our room on Saturday, we have to call them after we arrive back to hotel around 4pm to replenish some of the stuffs like shower gel, towel and water bottle. But nobody show up until 30 mins. So, we go down to reception to collect ourselves but they said they will send to room and make us wait again for another 15 mins more. I could not understand what takes them so long just to provide those stuffs.
On the next day, we run out of shower gel again, so we call and wait for delivery which takes more than 30 minutes. We were so disappointed with this housekeeping service and waiting time which literally waste our time on the vacation.
Next is breakfast which is served at the cafe inside the hotel with breakfast menu, not buffet style. It would be great to have all menu items available. However, even basic item like toast or chicken was out of stock which is a quite surprise and disappointment.
