Old hotel that would definitely need a renovation, noisy room and the ventilation system was making noise like an helicopter. Not in line with such high price.

Tres bon hotel, chambre tres grande pour londres.
Des lits de 180cm sur 200cm comfortable .
salle de bain avec baignoire .
A 1min a pied du metro , 10min des musées et parc , proche de tout.
Service concierge rapide et efficace .

Hôtel convenable

Ne merite pas 4 etoiles. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres. La salle de bain est trop petite . Les toilettes prennent toute la place. Impossible de tirer les rideaux on est reste 4 jours dans le noir. Les 20% de rabais liés au statut gold ne fonctionnent pas le PDJ et pour c est de la nourriture.

Personnel accueillant, attentif et serviable.
Jolie chambre, spacieuse, propre, et literie très confortable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Hôtel parfaitement situé: à proximité d'une station de métro, de lignes de bus et de nombreux restaurants. Je recommande .

un hôtel tout a fait quelconque, avec des chambre de 15m carré alors que le site spécifiait des chambre de 30m carré.
