Newly renovated resort like property with two homes measuring over 9,000 sq ft in the historic downtown area of Las Vegas and ½ mile from the Stratosphere and Sahara hotel. Only minutes from the heart of Las Vegas! Truly the perfect place to come, sit back and relax from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This spacious and immaculately upgraded sanctuary features two distinct pools. One of the largest heated indoor pools in Vegas and an Olympic size outdoor pool. The expansive outdoor terrace is the perfect chill out lounge for large groups. Completely outfitted with pillows, daybeds and surrounded by comfortable chaise lounges for sunbathing and many covered cabanas. Spend the day cooking in the extremely large BBQ area. There is also a putting green for all you golfers. After a perfect day at the pool, come relax in our brand new Infrared sauna.

The kitchen is immaculate and offers stainless steel appliances, three refrigerators, double ovens, toasters, and two four burner cooktops - which prove essential for preparing group breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Perfect Family Gathering Spot!
Our family met here to celebrate my 80th birthday and we couldn't have asked for a better place! The location was perfect for getting to the Strip or other events we had scheduled. It is in an area that may be considered "old Vegas" from the 50's and very charming. We all loved this quirky compound of 2 homes! What a great part of Vegas history we found here. There was plenty of room for our group of 14 with private space for those who just wanted some quiet time. The heated indoor pool was a real bonus for our young guests! The kitchens were well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The homes are comfortable and very artsy - perfect for us! The host was readily available if we had any questions or issues! If you enjoy a home with a bit of Vegas history attached, you'll love it here! We had a great stay!

No what was advertised
I arrived at 1 pm. The owner allowed me to come early to get settled before my guests which was awesome. Upon my arrival there were several workers cleaning the house spraying chemicals everywhere. Had many plug-in air fresheners to hide odors and was almost unbearable to breathe. I said enough with the cleaning products open the windows open the doors and let’s get some clean air in here it’s disgusting.. I’m not sure what they were trying to hide but it was unbearable. Thank goodness I was there two hours to address this issue. When I saw the condition of the house I said to the owner this is unbelievable. This is nothing like the ad you had on VRBO. I’m extremely disappointed the house needed so much work. I asked about the hot tub hadn’t worked in months although he said it just stopped working they were leaves dirt dust was disgusting all through it. It had not been working for months the cleaning girl tol Asked about the majority of the TVs. Why aren’t they working well because they broke down and other bedroom she would turn the light switch off, and the TV would not go on. There’s a game room the only thing that worked was a foosball table and the pool table everything else was broken . There were so many dead plants sitting around. I told one of the cleaning ladies please take all those dead plants off those windowsills and throw them outside. She said the owner won’t let me. I asked how do you turn these fireplaces on and she said they don’t work , what a surprise!

Annual Golf Get-Away
Great place for 18 of us to relax, cook and hang out after playing golf for 3 days. Lots of towels for the pools and the kitchen was well stocked. Some odd rooms, but overall a great place and would stay there again.

Wonderful stay, close to everything
Our group of 25 had a fantastic time enjoying the pool, plentiful amenities, and well stocked kitchen. There were enough rooms, bathrooms, and towels for everyone. The house is quiet and secluded, and only a quick ride to the Strip and other Vegas attractions. The host and manager were prompt communicators and helped fix an internet access issue quickly. Ten out 10 stay, we'll definitely be back!
