My fiance and I stay here every time we go to Las Vegas because its quiet and we are Never disappointed and were always greeted by the front desk with a smile. This time our experience was a little different. There was only one person at the front desk and she did not seem to be happy to be there, no smile and very little eye contact. That wasn't all, when waiting in our room for the bellhop to bring up our luggage, upon receiving our luggage, we thanked the bellhop but we were then asked if there was any other way we could thank him. My fiance and i were shocked at the question. I immediately stated we had just arrived and hadn't gone to an ATM yet....my question is....is this something new that the bellhops are allowed to ask? Then, the next morning we were woken up by someone talking very loud in the hallway and it happened to be housekeeping. We are heavy sleepers and usually sleep through anything but the loudness was a little excessive. We don't like to complain but we thought it may help with any on the job training.This will not deter us from staying here again but hoping its not an ongoing issue since we really love this location!
