The best thing about this property is if something goes wrong, the valet and security will go above and behind trying to help. The Valet lost my key fob in the rental car and I was going to be charged $500 for a replacement. They offered to pay for the replacement but I had insurance on the rental car that covered the loss of the key. The security team searched and searched doing a wonderful job. Then there was a man that went above and beyond. I think his name was john possibly. Roughly under 6 ft tall, balled, facial hair, super nice man that worked Valet. He made sure we were taken care of during our whole visit since our key was lost. He was super friendly and does his job very well. We were sad that we didn't see him before leaving.
