Whether you're attending an event, visiting friends or family, or want to explore all that Indianapolis has to offer, you will find our newly renovated retreat comfortable, charming, and convenient no matter how long you wish to stay!

Relax and unwind or explore downtown Indianapolis in our newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom luxurious & cozy retreat! Sleeping arrangements for 6 make this the place to share with friends or family. Plenty of space for hanging out and relaxing. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, you have a living room and kitchen downstairs, with the family room & extra study/chill room if you need to work with high speed WiFi. There are large flat screen smart TVs in the family room and master bedroom with access to Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN & ESPN Plus or log into your favorites streaming services like Netflix and the like

Great house
Very clean, responsive manager, everything we needed. Location is hard to get in and out of, don't think about walking anywhere, and not a great neighborhood. Pictures are a little deceptive - there is no backyard to speak of, and what is there is not fenced. That was a disappointment since we have small children.

Base for family wedding
The house overlooks south side of I-70, it was spacious & comfortable. Wish checkin was at 3 pm instead of 4pm. and 10 am check-out meant we had to find places to spend time after / before flights. But all in all we were pleased.

Short visit
We like the property we were unable to get a hold of the hosts. We were locked out on the second night and had to purchase a hotel elsewhere, but still got charged for the stay. they have not communicated with us since so we are not getting our money back for the second night. I don’t believe the neighborhood is safe. They were police called the first night. We stayed there across the street. They don’t have a phone number. You can get a hold of them at, they don’t respond quickly. You’ll end up waiting about 4 to eight hours To get a response from the hosts Even if you’re standing outside the property in the middle of the night. Pretty disappointed to say the least.

Sweet Spot in the Shadow of Lucas Oil Field
A quick scooter ride away from the Convention center. Two blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium. Convenient location. The neighbors are all super friendly. Would stay again for sure.

Fully stocked, comfy house
The house is comfortable for our family of four to stay in. My 17+ years old kids each has a room of his/her own upstairs so they can have privacy. My husband and I stayed downstairs. We did not need to buy _anything_ for our stay, unlike our previous stays in other places. Location is very short drive to downtown. Restaurants and coffee places is less than 10 minutes drive away.

Came to Indy for my grandsons wedding held at Industry.
The house was just as advertised. It met our expectations. We did think someone had been smoking, opened all the windows and aired out the house. I’m sorry, but the house was a little dangerous for us. The stairs was narrow and steep. We are all senior citizens, so the stairs were hard for us. We are 3 sisters, one brother-in-law, and a 14 yr.old small dog. People 50 and under will do well there.

Pleased
I came to Indianapolis for my Sorority's 56th National Convention. The location was close to the Convention Center and Lucas Stadium where most of our events took place. The home was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was spotless. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. The curb appeal is not great but no one bothered us or made us feel uncomfortable. Communicating with the host was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location
We rented this property for an event at the Lucas Oil stadium. This location was perfect - close enough to walk to the stadium. The neighborhood is older but felt safe and family friendly. We would stay here again in Indianapolis.

Perfect for Colts game
This house was only 5 minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. Perfect for us! Beds were very comfy and It was clean. Neighborhood is up and coming, so not the the best, but everyone was nice.
