Summer 2025 Pest Update
This summer, Idaho Falls is experiencing a larger-than-usual box elder bug and lawn gnat outbreak. While they are completely harmless, we know they can be a nuisance. At any homes affected, we have weekly pest control treatments in place, plus additional measures like essential oils and sticky strips at windows and doors to help keep them out.

You can help us by keeping doors and windows closed whenever possible, closing curtains at night, switching off lights when not needed (especially in bathrooms), and avoiding leaving food or drinks uncovered. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space comfortable for everyone.

Please note -spiders are common in ldaho, especially in summer and fall. They help control other small pests and are usually harmless. Spider bites are very rare. If yoU see one inside, just let us know and well be happy to take care of it.
