This beautifully remodeled townhome is a three bedroom, four bathroom home with granite countertops throughout. This home has it all and is in the center of everything Lake Gaston!

The home is situated just 3.5 miles from Food Lion, ABC Liquors, Lake Life Clothing, Jet ski Rental, AF Wake, and more. Also 4 miles away you can find The Pointe Restaurant as well as Watersview Restaurant.

The home offers two grand king bedrooms with full master bathrooms. There is an additional bedroom with 2 comfortable queen size beds, updated bathroom and plenty of closet space.. Livin' the Dream offers 3 floors of living with two large balconies with double sliding doors to enjoy the sun, the stars as well as beautiful sunsets each and every night (depending on season). Bring your boat or jet ski!! This property comes with several guest boat slips and a couple of moorings to tie up your Jet skis to have them at the ready.

Relax at the bar downstairs and walk out to your private patio with both a Gas and Charcoal Grill and fire pit. Take the two kayaks (included in the price of the stay) out for a paddle and enjoy the beautiful lake.

This is an ideal vacation rental- with everything provided and set up for family fun. It is immaculate- as it has been every time we have stayed here. The hosts are easy to communicate with and very friendly. We give it our highest recommendation.

FANTASTIC Lake-front home!!!!!!!
This was an INCREDIBLE house for three generations of our family to get together at the lake. This house was very clean, very comfortable, and offered beautiful, large bedrooms and bathrooms, a thoroughly stocked kitchen, living and family rooms. All three levels offer fabulous views of Lake Gaston! This beautiful property has its own beach and boat slip. We were able to keep our boat at the guest boat slip, and our boat trailer in the parking area without any problems. It is apparent how much the owners love this property. It is so well maintained and decorated to make it feel like a home, rather than just a house. We had everything we needed: indoor and outdoor games, paddle boards, extra linens, extra pots and pans, and a beautiful outdoor fire pit overlooking the lake. The hosts were so kind and hospitable! They responded to our question very promptly and even checked mid-stay to see if we needed anything. This is our favorite vacation rental! We will be back!!!!

Great house!
This was one of the best VRBO houses we’ve ever stayed in. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were a lot of things in the house for our kids to play with, and the location was great! I also kept in contact with the owner often and she was amazing! We would absolutely stay at the VRBO again.

Amazing Family Getaway
We were so thankful to have found this beautiful place! Our family had such a wonderful time and could not have asked for a better location and house to rent for the weekend. This place has it all, an amazing view, super clean, right across from pickleball/tennis court, foosball, ping-pong, lots of board games, boat dock, paddle boards, and a kayak. Wish our stay was a bit longer so we could enjoy all it had to offer, we definitely hope to go back with our family again. And special thank you to the amazing hosts, who were super helpful, with such quick responses! Amazing experience!

Had it all!
What does lovely three-story townhouse that has everything you need in it from utensils to games and water toys you can have a relaxing and or fun filled vacation! The home is super comfortable plenty of room to spread out with two family rooms. However, we could also all fit in one room for movie night. The beds are super comfortable, The sheets and towels are all very nice. And it was very clean. This is the same experience that we had when we stayed here last year. It was so nice that they had spices, chairs, games, dish, and hand soap, and laundry detergent. I need to make a note that I don't have to bring that every year. It's so nice that everybody has their own bathroom as well as an extra bathroom on the bottom floor. It's so nice to be able to walk out and get in our boat that's already in the water and one of the guest slips as well. Our dog loved the Sandy Beach and so did the kids. The owners were super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We're excited to come again next year and thanks for having us Yola and Tom!

This is absolutely the best place to stay for a wonderful time at Lake Gaston. It is not just the very cleanest and well maintained place, the decor is soooo nice and the view from the balconies is amazing. It is clear the owners take a lot of pride in this unit and they are easily contacted should you have any questions. For a family they have games downstairs, a beautiful sitting area and new grill outside, water amenitites. We have stayed 3 times and I am sure will be back again. We highly recommend this place for a fantastic vacation opportunity!!

Our Happy Place🙂
This property has become a favorite for our family. This was our third time staying here for Easter break. Always clean, quiet area, beautiful view! We love this area on the lake. It is close to the grocery store and The Pointe Restaurant. Quick boat ride across the lake to check out “Goat Island”. Our boys always enjoy ping pong at the house and this year we all played pickleball on the tennis courts. The condo has an absolutely beautiful view from the living room and master bedroom. We love visiting Lake Gaston and are so grateful to have the perfect place to stay that works perfectly for our family. We will 100% be back again! Thank you to the owners for providing such a nice rental for us to make memories with our children!

Super Clean Fantastic Stay
We had a great stay here. The townhouse was super clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. It feels like home. The downstairs was perfect for nighttime fun with our niece who was visiting with us. Great communication from booking to checkout. Super accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. Weekend Getaway
3 sisters coming from VA and NC met here for a weekend getaway. Although the weather was horrible, there was plenty to do inside, including puzzles and ping pong. The kitchen was well appointed and a decent grocery store nearby. The complex was quiet and the townhome spacious. I imagine it would be quite busy at warmer times, but was a great getaway even in March.

Has everything!
We took our 5 kids and a small dog for the week with our boat. We enjoyed and our dog loved fetching sticks from the multiple sandy beaches in the community. They are all very close and one is right in front of the home with an amazing cove/lake view. There are sunny and shady spots all day from trees or umbrellas that are on the beaches. The home was clean, comfortable, and roomy with every game and activity you can think of. We played pickleball, tennis, basketball and board games. It was so convenient to have our boat in a slip just a few steps away. The beds and linens were very comfortable and nice. The owner Tom did a great job with the renovations. It was nice to have AC on all 3 levels as well. Can't beat the view from the multiple decks, 2 living areas, one of the masters and the patio. Thanks Tom!

This property was amazing! It was tastefully decorated, very clean and functional for our family. Lots of tournament play on the ping pong table and card table in the basement. The view of the lake from the decks was beautiful! So many perks with this rental!
