The check out employee was very pleasant and professional and welcoming to all guests. The breakfast service employees gave good service and very pleasant.
The check in employee and nighttime employee that worked Tuesday and Wednesday were not pleasant. They really need hospitality training. Front desk hung up very rudely Wednesday morning when we called about the breakfast hours. After all they are in the hospitality business. Maybe this isnât their passion?
