True beachfront complex - NOT across the road from the beach! Sleeps 8! Enjoy the open, airy, and bright interiors, or relax on the 2 oversized balconies gazing at the ocean.
Lounge in the large oceanfront pool, hot tubs, or kiddie pool. Grill out by the pool or walk over to the beach for a swim & stroll.
Rest up in the luxurious beds, waking to the sound of waves or catching the sunrise. Relax and watch Netflix. Short drive to great restaurants, bars, & attractions. Memories await!

The space
Spacious master bedroom with an attached bathroom and a king-sized bed. Light and airy with lots of windows and a view of the ocean. Have a cup of coffee & watch the sunrise from the attached master balcony or the living room balcony. Bonus: Both oversized balconies are connected.

2nd bedroom with a queen-sized bed. A bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living area.

Pack-n-play is stored in the closet if you would like to use it. Board games, DVDs, books, and more to make your stay comfortable.

We provide Netflix on all the TVs! And of course, wifi!

Please don't take the condo towels to the beach. Sand is really hard to wash out and often makes us throw away those towels.
Each person must wear a pool band to use the pools. You will receive them when you check in with the security guard. Also, no glass in the pool area.
Enjoy the sea breeze. But don't leave doors open with AC running, unless you like wet, musty floors from all the condensation.

Nice condo!!

The condo itself was nice. You don't have to cross the street to get to the beach. The property overall needs more parking. The pool is very small and warm. You can't play music at the pool and they don't play music either. The elevator broke during our stay. So property management needs to upgrade to more resort style pool. But the condo itself was clean and nice.

My son loved it! It was a perfect spot for my family of 3 generations. The location was peaceful and quiet. The condo had everything we needed. Even when the weather wasn't ideal, we had space and plenty of amenities to be comfortable inside.

Perfect place to stay on the beach!

This little condo was the perfect place to stay for our beach vacation. It is right on the beach, which allowed our kids to go from beach to pool when they wanted to do so (which they did often). The heated pool and hot tubs were wonderful and we enjoyed them immensely, especially at night because of the pretty lights and ambiance. For those who wish to stay in this condo, be aware of the small kitchen. This isnt a complaint - just to let you know the kitchen can only fit one person at a time. But it has a full-sized fridge so we could keep all our food there until we cooked it. We were all very satisfied with this condo and will probably rent again in the future. The host was also very kind and quick to respond to inquiries.

Cute Little Condo

We were pleased with the property. We had two adult couples and three kids, and we had plenty of sleeping room. The living room and kitchen are small, but it was clean and cute. The balcony was awesome. The hot tub and pool were great!

Nice place for a short visit

Our unit worked well with our extended weekend visit. Clean and nice location as we didn’t want in the busy parts of Galveston and wanted on the beach. Property is a little dated and could use paint on the stair rails etc. Pool area well maintained. Only disappointment is I thought the unit had a washer and dryer in it. They were public W/D on level 2&3. We were on level point. I thought that was misleading. With our short stay it worked but for those staying longer it would be an inconvenience.

Great condo

We loved the double patio at this condo. My husband, daughter and granddaughter stayed here for three days. It was very comfortable. We love the ease of the Seascape. Boardwalk right to the beach. We also love the pool area.

Beach condo stay

We had a great time! The place was perfectly located with nice additional amenities. It was unfortunate that the pool can’t be used for any type of play and the lifeguard was very unfriendly about the rules but thankfully we had a great time on the beach.

Room 2123 - The condo is very pretty. Lots of space for a big family. Everything that we could possibly need was available to us! Beach chairs, extra fans, really good coffee, etc! Beautiful patio with furniture on both sides. Nice and quiet. Had a couple of questions, and the owners were very quick to respond! We will definitely be coming back!

Great location and property!

The property was just as described. It was very clean, with just enough room for our family of 5. There is enough sleeping accommodations for everyone and a little more, of course with adding more people less the space but, it has a big enough table on the patio. So, it works great. The double patio was great, gives you extra room outside. Short walk to beach is amazing, not crowded at all. Short drive to all the entertainment and restaurants. The security guard at the entrance was so courteous, friendly and most helpful.

Good unit and great owners

This was a great option for our family. we came down for an event at Moody Gardens so the location was perfect. Right on the beach so wonderful beach access and nice ocean views. The real gem were the owners. They were incredibly communicative and really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was maximized. I really appreciated their hospitality which made a world of difference in our experience.
