HOW TO WALK TO THE FT. LAUDERDALE BEACH (You are located on Seabreeze Blvd and Harbor Beach Parkway): Walk Northbound on Seabreeze Blvd, Cross Holiday Drive, the beach starts after you cross Holiday Drive or B-Ocean Hotel (5 minutes walk to where the beach starts)!

Fort Lauderdale's "Beach Breezy Home" is only steps away from all the action of Fort Lauderdale Beach. A short five minute walk will get you to the Atlantic Ocean. This home has very large private pool, w/ a massive backyard. You are close to downtown shops, restaurants and bars of Las Olas Blvd. You can walk to the beach, boat show and Tortuga music festival. No need to rent a car.

The fort lauderdale convention center is walking distance and you are a short drive to Hardrock Casino, Miami and the Everglades.

All four bedrooms are located in separate corners thus giving you maxim privacy. The 4-bedrooms have a total of 6 beds and 3 sofa beds in the two-living rooms, thus making it a total of 9 beds

We are also please to offer things such as additional parking, heating pool, laundry room services, early and late checkouts for a small additional fee to all our valued guests based upon availability. You also have the option to rent beach chairs on Fort Lauderdale beach for small fee

For the safety and security of all our guests, the property features ring.com cameras & traditional cameras on the exterior of the property including the exterior pool area that actively record audio video. The location of the cameras is at the entrance of the property, the driveway where vehicles are parked, all exterior entrance doors, front door, kitchen door, french door by the pool, where the trash is placed and the swimming pool area. Basically the entire outside of the property has cameras for the safety and security of our guests.

Beautiful pool
Outstanding pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The backyard was very clean with beautiful palm trees lining the fence area. It is conveniently located near Bahia marina if you book a boat trip. Very enjoyable time.

Great Base Camp for your Fort Lauderdale Vacation.
The property is very spacious and accommodated the 8 of us very nicely with lots of room to spare. Very nice pool and back yard space for lounging with good friends and Family. Make sure you have a rental vehicle to get around the area. Publix grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. You can walk to the beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk. Beautiful beach, beautiful swimming Etc. The main restaurants etc is about a 20 minute walk. Good exercise!! We enjoyed this home and would stay here again when we return to watch our beloved Toronto Maple Leafs play the Florida Panthers. Thank you Host Lance and Management!! Blaine. Nice Spacious Home In Nice Location
The home was large, accommodating our group of 3 adult couples perfectly well. Smart home was super easy to manage. All amenities worked well. Home is a bit older but clean and well appointed. One couple had trouble moderating the heat of the shower in the shared bathroom. Pool was awesome. Two small suggestions for the owners/hosts: add lighting to back yard to illuminate the tables and area closest to the back of the house, and, it would have been an even better ambiance if the outside sound system speakers worked. Thanks for the great stay.

Great Location
The location is perfect, it’s an easy walk to the beach (we walked with a 3,4,and 6 year old). You can rent chairs and umbrellas from B Ocean hotel. Read the house rules in detail before you book. You will need to check a bag or buy supplies when you get there. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one paper towel roll is provided, no sponge for dishes, and no dishwashing detergent provided. You can only get access to a broom to pick up sand if you buy the laundry washer and dryer (which is helpful but overpriced for our limited 4 days). There was one towel in each room but we packed more. The place was clean but supplies to keep it that way would have been helpful. The pool was perfect. The weather was sunny and warm so we did not need it heated. The bedrooms do not look anything like the pictures. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. One of the beds is VERY firm, which some might like. All had tvs and access to bathrooms. It was a good, relaxing stay but maybe a suggestion to the owner would be to offer a linen or cleaning package so we didn’t have to buy extra supplies and check a bag. A small optional fee would cover a few towels, tp, paper towels etc. The location to the beach outweighed all of that though.

Pros: Good location in proximity to the beach and bars/shopping. The pool was nice. Cons: The home was not as clean as other vacation rentals I have stayed in. The amount of security cameras around the property made my wife uneasy.

Great Experience
The property was well kept and I communicated with the owners as needed throughout the stay. They were very attentive and the location and property were great. There was plenty of space for our large group. The only small thing I wish were different was that the check-in time was very late in the day, but that was hardly a deal-breaker. Great place to stay!
