Premier 3 bedroom 3 bath updated unit conveniently located in The Alpine Club building with underground reserve parking. Right next to the lift ticket and ski rental office and 50 steps to the Arrowhead quad lift. 1st floor unit and all on one level. If you care about ease and convenience this is your place. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and double sink. Extremely large rooms around 2,000 square feet. Top of the line 65" OLED LG 4k web enabled TV with premium stations, Hulu, Netflix, Disney HBO and Amazon Prime available and included. High speed Wifi with 250mbs download speed in the unit to stream 4k content and several devices. Temperpedic mattress in the master bedroom, Premium count cotton sheets and premium bedding. Located in Arrowhead ski village directly across the hall from Alpine Club (private). Steps away from 4 star Vista Restaurant, Pool, and Hot Tub. Shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village and Bachelor Gulch. Unit has small patio with gas grill. Underground reserved parking spot with occasionally 2nd available (shared with 1 other unit). Steps away from the slopes!

I really enjoyed this home. So close to the slopes. Literally steps away. My wife and I spent the week working remotely, taking a few hours off to ski each day. It was great.Andy is a fantastic host. Very easy to reach. Property is homey and comfortable. Pretty much a no brainer to rent. We hope to be back!

Perfectly appointed.

We loved our stay and cannot say enough nice things about the property. The location for ease and convenience to the slopes was unbeatable. And the condo felt like a second home rather than a vacation rental. We cooked and ate in a lot, and the kitchen was well stocked to do that with a nice bar to eat at and a dining table for eating and games. The place was comfortable and very clean.

Super Convenient for Skiing

This condo is on the first floor of the Alpine Club. The ticket office and equipment rental are only a few steps away. There is no unit closer to the lift. I was worried that being so close to the center of activity, it could be a little loud. But it's Arrowhead, so everything gets very quiet around 5PM. The owner was very helpful. I left behind a pair of AirPods and they were mailed to me the next day. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo with Great Location

This is a stunning Condo that is in a great location with exceptionally easy access to the ski slopes. The unit is well equipped, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The location is very near the town of Edwards, which has a lot of great restaurants.

This is a beautiful and very well appointed Condo, literally steps away from the Arrowhead Lift in Beaver Creek. The rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom and shower. The kitchen was very convenient, with everything one would need to cook up a feast. From spoons to spatula's, air fryers to hair dryers and comfortable beds in every bedroom !!! Search no further I know we will be back…

Great location, beautifully redone

Must be the closest unit in all of Arrowhead to the bottom of the Arrow Bahn lift. Literally out the door of the unit, out the door of the property and up the stairs to the lift. Also close to Edwards, a cute town with good dining. It is farthest away from the Beaver Creek Village, so you just need to keep in mind lift closing times when skiing. Unit is very well done, with lots of space and a beautiful kitchen. Hot tub is large, but always full, so that's unfortunate. But otherwise great place to stay.

Very nice place!

Nicely equipped place that is very secure. Enclosed garage was a real nice feature so your car was always very accessible. The ski lift is very close. Only downside for us is that contrary to the map, it only had one green slope and it was closed. Most of our group needed greens so we ended up shuttling over to be able to access green trials.

Excellent ski in ski out location on a fantastic mountain

Stayed with friends and had an excellent ski in ski out location. The home and property are absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay again. The only drawback which really is not a drawback is it’s hard to find the front door the first time. When I travel to Beavercreek with my family I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Awesome ski-in/ski-out experience!

This was the most convenient ski-in/ski-out location our family has ever experienced in over 20 years of skiing at Beaver Creek. Located 25 yards from the Arrowhead lift and adjacent to Beaver Creek rentals you could not ask for a better situation. The condo is nestled within the confines of the Alpine Club so no noise or distractions. The condo itself is nicely appointed with all the modern luxuries and underground heated parking was right there. The owner was great to work with and check-in/check-out was seamless. This place is a true find!

Condo was perfect for us. The ski lift is right out the door which was great for the kids. Condo had everything we needed. Parking spot in the garage is right by entrance door to the elevator, made unloading a breeze. We had a great ski trip!
