Made a booking for 2 people in a family room with multiple beds, my daughter decided to join us after I made the booking. When we checked in, the receptionist kept saying she needed to see my booking my phone, I said why, you had my booking. She said you booked for 2 people but you are 3. I said, so ? I could pay extra just check us in. We were going back and forth, I was ready to ask for the refund and leave. Then she called the manager saying we were causing trouble, I guess she didn't know my daughter speaks perfect Greek! We were furious. Thank God, the manager Martina was amazing, checked us in and explained it is all inclusive, we need to pay extra 60 euro for my daughter - it was not a problem for us at all, we understand. However, we went to another hotel after 2 days, we didn't enjoy the food at the hotel during our 2 days of stay.
