This fabulous farmhouse is full of history and charm! Located just 3 miles from the Texas A&M University campus! Originally located across from TAMU on Texas Avenue, the farmhouse was moved to the 20-acre family land over 30 years ago. Completely renovated inside and out, the beloved farmhouse awaits the opportunity to make more memories with you! It is thoughtfully decorated with new furnishings and is fully stocked and ready to accomodate your needs.

The farmhouse is located on 20 acres and surrounded by trees. There is a pond very close to the home and accessible through a wooded trail.

Bring your camera for bird watching. No hunting is allowed.
Pets must be preapproved.

Small gatherings for graduation celebrations, birthdays, etc. may be allowed. Contact the host to go over the number of guests allowed. An additional fee for events may apply. Maximum guests allowed for events limited to 15.

We were previously double booked for a Vrbo, I reached out to Kathy and she responded instantly accommodating our family and our needs last minute for my daughters graduation weekend. The house was wonderful and we enjoyed every minute of the calmness it provided during a very busing weekend in college station. We will definitely stay again!

We were in College Station for a softball tournament so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, but enjoyed the property. It’s tucked away from others and quiet. It had everything we needed to make breakfast and prepare for long days. House was clean and inviting. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with. Highly recommend!

I would like to mention that the yard isn’t fenced in…yes it has a line of chain link fence, but it not enclosed in any way. It was wonderful and we loved it. Please remind folks to bag dog poop, as there were a few piles we stepped in. Will definitely stay again.

Kathy was amazing to deal with. She was quick to respond from the very beginning to the end. The home was charming and the property was beautiful. This cute, stylish home was a very peaceful place, within minutes from everything. We enjoyed grilling on the BBQ pit; this was a plus accommodation. The fire pit was a nice feature as well. We were very happy with the house and communication from the owner. It’s a great space and a nice get away. The house is in a very lovely location, the amenities are very close, the neighborhood lovely, and the folks we had encounters with in College Station and around the house great. If we choose another trip to College Station next year, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
