    HOME Terraced house of 130 m2, with 2 floors, URBANIZATION IN FIRST LINE OF BEACH and large communal pool, with AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING and ceiling fans. Located in the quietest area of the Rompido and on the beach. It has INTERNET- WIFI and SATELLITE TV. There is a KAYAK (with capacity for 2 adults and 1 child) and a PADDLE SURF board, for walks along the Rompido estuary, fishing or even doing yoga in the Paddle Surf. Ground floor with large kitchen very equipped (with all kinds of appliances), living room and toilet. First floor with 3 bedrooms: one with 150 cm bed, TV and independent bathroom, another with 105 cm bed and 90 cm bed and a third with three 90 cm beds one of them elevated and another bathroom. There is also a baby's crib. Large sun porch with awning, TV and hammocks. There are 1 bicycles for adults and 2 for children. There are 3 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Including bed linen and bath towels. Registered in the tourism registry VFT / HU / 00049.         Viel mehr Meer als erwarten, einfach super!

        Leider waren wir nur für 5 Tage bei Juan Carlos und Anna zu Gast. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Die Begrüßung war freundlich (wenn auch nur auf Spanisch), die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktioniert hervorragend. Vom Haus sind es nur 3 Minuten zum Strand der Lagune, wo man gut baden kann. Das bereitgestellte Kajak ist hervorragend für kleine Ausflüge bis hin zu den vorgelagerten Sandbänken geeignet. Letztere kann man von den ca. 5 km weit entfernten Stränden auch gut durch Schwimmen erreichen. Ein Ausflug auf die Landzunge Nueva Umbria (auch Lepe genannt) sollte man auf jeden Fall einplanen. Hier fahren in der Saison wohl mehrere Fähren, Anfang Oktober war es allerdings nur FlechaMar vom Hafen in El Rompido. Man sollte beachten, dass hier vor allem Spanier und wohl auch Portugiesen ihren Urlaub verbringen und das im Oktober (wir hatten mehr als 30 Grad und 26 Grad Wassertemperatur) die Saison wohl schon vorbei ist und einiges geschlossen hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal hierher. Herzliche Grüße

          gepflegtes und gut ausgerüstetes Ferienhaus

          Haus ist sehr sauber und Küche optimal ausgestattet. Betreuung durch Vermieter sehr gut und freundlich.

            Enjoyable family time

            Very confortable house, beautiful surroundings and charming village el Rompido. Despite the rain we very much enjoyed the walks, beach birds and little crabs running on the sand.
