The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. We arrived late on 9/16/23. The hotel was supposed to send a shuttle to pick us up at Gate 5, but was a no-show. Since we do not have a Chinese cell phone, we had no choice but to wait. Eventually, we were able to borrow a phone from a passenger to call the hotel. The concierge told us the hotel van was broken. They were not able to pick us up from the airport. Finally the hotel staff stationed at the airport called an Uber for us. Once arrived at the hotel at midnight, the front desk and concierge apologized and offered a suite for the inconvenience. Stayed just a few hours to catch the early morning flight.
In general, the front desk service was good. Room is clean and very quite. Happy for a 5 hours stay.
