We reserved a room at the Bangkokians as we were starting a tour the next day there but when we arrived we were put in a room in Hotel de Bangkok which turned out to be nicer, but still not what we booked. We also tried contacting the hotel multiple times by email, Expedia, and telephone before our stay and were unable to speak to anyone. Upon arrival we were unable to use the laundry services which was disappointing. They did not have secure luggage storage as we had to switch from hotel de Bangkok to the Bangkokians. Once at the Bangkokians the rooms are in decent condition however the washroooms/showers are too few. The floor I stayed on had one 7 bed and two 3 bed rooms and only one washroom with a shower and toilet.

Lack of communication with switching the accommodation into another hotel. Confusion at the other hotel and no one knew what was going on so ended up getting about a half a night instead of a full night.

獨立小屋另一番享受

Voordelen: 睡覺時沒有嘈音，而且冷氣夠涼，不會太熱或太涼。
Nadelen: 由於這間「酒店」是獨立小屋，所以一走路，感覺地下很空，床也會震動。
Locatie: 如果是叫車的話，要用5分鐘時間走出大街，因為車很難轉入小巷內。
這間小屋有別於一般的酒店，好像一個花園，花園中有幾間獨立小屋。一開始覺得很不安全，但慢慢習慣當中的生活，而門口有鐵閘及大鎖，所以可以大大放心。

Geplaatst op 15 apr. 2016 op HotelsBon accueil sur place à l'hôtel d'à côté (merci aux clients précédents pour cette précision car pas spécifié dans la résa), mais problèmes de com par messagerie : pas de réponse aux mails. Hôtel au calme dans quartier animé de commerces locaux. Métro, Taxis et Tuk tuk accessibles. Chambre assez grande, sobre mais propre, WI FI correcte mais il ne faut pas regarder les détails (auto collant sur le miroir plus ou moins gratté mais finalement on laisse..., robinet salle d'eau mal fixé et sur le point de mourir, pas de mobilier sur la terrasse...). Murs en carton donc si voisins bruyants tant pis pour vous,, sinon le quartier est calme. Rien pour le petit déj. pas de coffre dans la chambre (mais en même temps on ne ne l'a pas promis, c'est juste un rappel) et par contre frigo super poussif même pas mis en route à notre arrivée, pourtant prévue depuis longtemps ! Pour une nuit ou deux maxi.
