Very expensive for such a tiny room. No running water in the room apart from the sink in the bathroom. A sign says if you want water to go to reception. Walls are very thin so quite noisy. Gastropub next doof is fantastic.

Second stay here as the netball centre straight across the road, so no driving required. The complex is a bit dated but very clean and tidy and eateries are a short walk away.

Staff were very friendly! Towels large and fluffy. Free parking absolute bonus. Convenient to the motorway. The Gastropub had delicious food, and great staff.
Stayed there about 15 years ago, loved it then. The place has improved immensely. Will definitely stay there again if I’m ever in Auckland.

Stayed at Quality Inn whilst visiting Auckland for an event, Good location near Trusts Arena. Our Deluxe Double Room with 2 Queen beds was lovely and spacious! Check in was easy and staff were lovely. Down fall was its lacking in room facilities, like having no kettle or microwave in the rooms, no door stop and having no window in the bathroom.

Good sized rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to motorway. Nice park and playground across the street. Rooms a little dated. But very clean.

Lobby had interesting local books. Near public bus wait stops. Staff friendly but not helpful with information. Nothing "wow" about the location, even local drivers got lost using their gps.
