Cozy Beachfront Home - AuGres

Bienvenue sur votre plage privée sur le lac Huron! Cette maison fait partie de notre famille depuis des décennies et a été récemment rénovée en 2015.

Situé juste à l'extérieur du centre-ville d'AuGres, cette maison confortable en bord de mer a été entiÚrement mise à jour, y compris des meubles neufs, du carrelage, des appareils électroménagers, une télévision à écran plat de 55 pouces, le WIFI, de la peinture et du décor!

Chambre # 1 (vue sur le lac à l'étage) a un lit King size et un canapé-lit.
L'étage a également une mezzanine avec deux lits simples et une salle de bain complÚte partagée.

Chambre # 2 (vue du lac en bas) a un lit King avec une salle de bain complĂšte.

Le premier Ă©tage mĂšne Ă  votre plage de sable privĂ©e. Loin des autoroutes et du bruit, vous apprĂ©cierez d'ĂȘtre dans une crique protĂ©gĂ©e avec de l'eau peu profonde et propre et un fond sablonneux; idĂ©al pour la baignade, les jeux d'eau et les enfants!

À cĂŽtĂ© se trouve un terrain vacant boisĂ© qui vous donne encore plus d'intimitĂ©. Les feux de plage sont parfaits pour faire griller des guimauves!

Cette maison au bord du lac est proche des golfs, du canoĂ«, de la pĂȘche, de la randonnĂ©e, du canotage et de la ville (AuGres).

Encore plus de divertissements se trouvent Ă  environ 20 minutes en voiture de la ville de Tawas.

Venez passer du temps avec votre famille et vos amis à vous détendre sur l'un des Grands Lacs du Michigan!

Clean, functional home and incredible beach

We absolutely loved our stay. Appreciated having three bathrooms, great air conditioning, fans in most of the rooms, a gas grill, a Keurig and coffee maker, and all of the kitchen accessories we needed to do lots of cooking. And the beach was incredible. Plenty of different options for outdoor seating to accommodate the size of our group and we used the bonfire pit a couple of times as well. We were amazed at how many hundreds of feet we could walk out into the water and it still was only at our knees deep! Super warm water and sandy bottom. The house was also very clean and everything worked. Several people commented on how comfortable the mattresses are! We’ve stayed at enough similar properties to say this is one we would stay at again and recommend to others. Plenty of room to park all of our vehicles and a ton of places to sleep for not being a huge home. It satisfied all of our needs. Great little neighborhood where it’s located too, we felt safe and welcome. Kudos to the hosts for a clean, comfortable, and functional environment on a beach that feels like paradise.

Waterfront June Stay in Au Gres

Property is in great condition and very clean. Comfortable furniture and beds. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Wonderful pots, pans, and utensils as well as the plates and silverware. Definitely not the typical mishmash from the local garage sale. I cannot overstate how comfortable and at home we were and didn't want to leave!! The beach almost deserves its own review because it was spectacular. Calm water and warm sugar sand, our kids lived in the water! Many memories were made and again we can't wait to go back!!!Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!!

Perfect Beach House and Family’s Favorite

This is our 4th AuGres rental and by far our family’s favorite! Can’t say enough about the very clean and comfortable accommodations! The nautical decor was perfect with nice big beds with comfy bedding and towels! Kitchen fully equipped with everything you’d need! I had no reservations about my 10 month old grandson crawling around! The new back patio was totally awesome with lots of chairs and lounges! We enjoyed the big round picnic table for snacking and playing card games! Lots of beach toys that my 3 grandsons had lots of fun with! Fire pit and beach were very well groomed, very sandy bottom for playing and swimming! Our host Jerry, was quick to respond to our questions along with being very understanding and flexible! So looking forward to returning in August

Amazing Home for R&R

This VRBO exceeded my expectations. The home was clean, beautiful interior, safe, great location and spectacular views. The owners provided great communication. I had a wonderful experience and recommend this house on the lake with your own private beach. The perfect getaway for a couple or family.

Amazing lake front home

This clean, modern, well stocked home was located directly on Lake Huron with a beautiful sandy beach leading into the lake. Our family spent a few days playing in the water, and our evenings were spent sitting around the fire pit while listening to the waves crash and looking up at the stars. This property could not possibly have been more relaxing for our family vacation that included two kids and a set of grandparents. There is no reason not to book this property and we are already trying to figure out when to come back!

Great Lake House

Great Lake house for a family get away. Kids loved playing in the sand and swimming. Loved having access right out the door to the beach without having to pack everything up and drive somewhere. House was what we needed with many sleeping options.

Our annual girls weekend was made perfect with this stay! Everything about the home and the beach was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. And all of the amenities you could ask for. We were so sad to leave after our long weekend, but we can't wait until next year.

Beautiful stay on the beach

Love the house and location of this property. The upgrades of the gas grill and glass door in the master bath were wonderful adds. Along with the upgrade in pan in the kitchen. House was clean and tidy and we could not have asked for anything more. The only recommendation to the owner is that it is time for a good power washing on the outside of the house. It is getting lots of webs and critters. I would still highly recommend. This was our second year visiting and look forward to the next. Thank you!!

Heaven on Earth

We had a wonderful time at the Beach House. The house was clean and plenty of space for all. Anything we could have needed was there. Even the beds were comfortable. The beach was clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend the Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing time at the lake. I will definitely be coming back.

Lake House

This was our second visit to the lake house as a family. We were happy to be here again, but a bit saddened by the new house build next door. It took away some of the coziness and seclusion. Wonderful beach. Great stay as a family, Jerry is always in very good communication.

Great time was had by all

Great property, our 7 year old had a great time playing on the beach and in the water. The house was very clean, I only gave it a 4 for cleanliness because there was some bloody meat packaging outside. We left some charcoal for the next renter, enjoy. Fire pit was great and wood is available for sale in the neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay in your home, we will probably stay again.

We stayed here with 2 families, we each had 1 kid, they loved playing on the beach. We brought our fishing boat, there was plenty of space to park the boat and vehicles. We caught walleye, and bass close to the cottage. It was well stocked and very user friendly. We had a great time!

End of Summer

This cottage is in a great location. The beach was nice and the water level good for my two grandkids. The new construction next door seems to have necessitated the trees being cut down so there is no longer any natural shade. But I understand from the owner that next season there will be AC. Some comfortable chairs for the patio area would be a welcome addition. Communication with the owner was very good. Hopefully we will make it back next year.
