The property itself was fine, the texts we received as we approached the checkin date were helpful. It seemed like the door codes for the Rehydration Station and Pool Area changed daily, and that made it confusing and difficult to get water.
Everyone speaks about customer service, but when they really need to provide some they seem to not quite understand the meaning. As we packed the car to leave in the dark at about 5 in the morning, we left a backpack behind. Yes our fault. When we realized it I called immediately. Yes the backpack was still sitting in the parking lot, and interestingly the girl at the front desk saw it on her way in and didn't think to bring it in. When I asked if it could be shipped back to me at my expense, I was told she had to check and she would call me back. That didn't happen so I called back. She told me that she had spoken to her Boss and the only way they would ship it back was if I provided the box and a label. Really, you didn't have a box lying around? So here I am, hundreds of miles away at this point. Customer Service would have been if you helped me out and shipped the backpack, AT MY EXPENSE.
We won't be back.
