The pool area is nice but the beds in the rooms are extremely hard, not comfortable at all. In fact they made me and my wife's back hurt. It was a very bad experience. Definitely will not be coming back.

Check in/out was smooth and seamless and the room was clean and updated. Firm mattresses and little noise.

Very noisy due to many tournaments for kids. Staff were very friendly.

Clean for the most part but bed skirt had stains on both beds. Tv nice but paper or online instructions and channel guide would be helpful. Ask at desk if they had that but guy did not undrstand due to language barrier. Pool area was being cleaned and had to wait for guy to clean a table (hairs on it) after being open 3 hrs . Other than these things the breakfast was good. 3 people on my floor all got locked out of our rooms and had to wait for frnt desk guy to come up. Said something about a recent reset and eastern time???? Whatever, fix it!
