Toilet's didn't flush. No hot water in shower's.

Nightmare extended stay

Horrible, the rooms wore not ready at checkin. The. The room looked like it had been lived in, the bedding was tattered we went and bought a blanket and sanitizer to spray and lay in bed, toilet was not working, noise all night long walking back and forth all night no toilet paper. Come on

Representative exceeded my customer expectations. She was very friendly, prompt, efficient and provided me with all of the details, to ensure that my stay was comfortable.

Room was wonderful with a nice kitchen. Didn't have anything in it at all and even the ice cube trays were empty. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Entry in the hotel was not taken care of. Door was hard to open and keep open. Counter was dirty. Hallway to room was dark and dingy. There was a beetle crawling on the wall next to the desk and an ant in the bathroom. I don't like bugs in my room.

The security the tall one that's there most of the time is rude and gets out of line, talks back
