The property was under renovation...something that was not communicated on their website nor on the 3rd party website.
The hotel was understaffed at the front desk.
It was incredibly noisy with furniture being moved around at night and dogs barking in neighboring rooms.
Not an enjoyable experience.

No longer Denver Hotel now called Maximillian Anderson (?). Lot of renovation being done. Industrial design in the rooms. Great location right across from the train station.

Beautiful building and rooms!! The entire facility is being renovated (but during the day). Can't wait to see the final result.
I plan to stay there again!

The hotel is in a great location. The front desk staff was very nice. There is currently a lot of renovation going on. The bed that we slept on was really bad, for some reason it was sloping down on both sides.

Property was not transparent about full ongoing renovation. Construction crews from 8 am on each day. Room TV was not hooked up. Refrigerator did not work. Reservation was for a king room, got a queen. Seems to be new ownership.

Room was clean and comfy, however definitely on the small side with minimal toiletries and linens. No mention was made about some rather major lobby construction that apparently is linked to a name change and new owner. The location is excellent to walk anywhere in the local area with plenty of shops and stores.
